(More customer reviews)Catchy title but the whole concept got old within 3 minutes. The workout isn't strenuous or creative, but insipidly tedious and self promoting. I followed the more intense routine and didn't break a sweat. It was almost as if the girls sat down and said "OK girlfriend, how else can we make money off this franchise of skinny bitchdom??"
Neither are particularly instructive nor appear to have any qualifications to teach an exercise class. The cue card reading is blatant. The camera work and or editing missed the goal of an "instructional" DVD. I think they were trying to achieve a girlfriend workout experience, but I felt very much like the only sober woman in a nightclub bathroom. (You know that embarassed, "I hope I NEVER sound like that" feeling??)Don't waste your time or money.
