(More customer reviews)I LOVE Jennifer Nicole Lee's workouts. I have 3 DVD's and all of them are sectioned and target the muscles said to target. Her Super Energized Workout left me winded the first time that I did it, but I kept chuggin along and now I really do feel energized after it. I still burn over 450 calories (HRM readout) in 30 minutes.
As to the other reviewer. Her DVD IS broken up into sections, and there are two gals in the background with adequate film footage so that you can see how they are modifying the moves.
For this particular DVD, you will need a step, a little bit of room to move around, and a fan blowing on ya. She gets your heart rate up and keeps a moderate pace the entire DVD. I highly recommend this workout.
