(More customer reviews)I loved this workout series. I did them with my 3rd child that I had 3 days ago and I can tell you there is a big difference with the way I feel this time then with the other 2 that I didn't do the video. I feel great!!! I loved that it kept my arms toned as well as my butt. I recommend this to all my friends who ask me how I kept the major pregnancy weight off. With my first I gained 45 pounds but with my second and 3rd I gained 18 pounds. It was with the help of these DVD's as well as diet. Get these if you want a great pregnancy workout.
